How to run an office prediction league

1. 01

   Create a company circle

   Choose Company when you create the circle, add the company's name and logo, and pick the competition your office actually talks about — NFL Sundays, the Premier League, Champions League nights. Company circles start private.

2. 02

   Post the link once

   Paste the invite link into the team channel or an all-hands email. Everyone who opens it joins instantly; a company circle holds up to 300 colleagues.

3. 03

   Add team circles if you like

   One company circle is one table for everybody. For the rivalry that actually gets talked about, add a small circle per department or office — Sales, Engineering, the Berlin office. Anyone can belong to several circles at once.

4. 04

   Hand out the glory

   The season-long table, weekly top scorer and head-to-head Battles give you the winners. If the company wants to award something — a trophy, a lunch — that happens outside the app; pickplay.bet itself never handles prizes or money.

The honest part

What it does not do for companies

pickplay.bet is a free product for small groups, not an enterprise engagement platform. If one of these is a requirement, you will want a paid corporate predictor instead.
