A circle runs one sport at a time, so an NFL league and a Champions League league are separate leaderboards with separate arguments. The NFL has its own pick’em page; the rest live on their sport pages for now.

People use the word for several different games. Here is what each one is, and which of them pickplay.bet actually runs — including the two it does not.
Straight pick'em
BuiltPick a winner in every game on the slate. One point per correct pick — or odds-weighted points, so beating the market is worth more than following it. This is what most people mean by a pick'em league.
Pick'em with a Lock
BuiltStraight pick'em plus one double-points pick per round: the Lock of the Week in the NFL, the Banker in soccer. It is the difference between a league decided by attendance and one decided by nerve.
Head-to-head Battles
BuiltChallenge one specific person on one game or one week. Settled from picks you have both already made, with no accept step, so a Battle cannot be declined once it is aimed at you.
Survivor pool

A pick'em league is a competition where everyone picks the winner of every game on a slate — a week of NFL games, a Champions League matchday, a night of NBA — and scores a point for each one they get right. The person with the most points at the end of the season wins. It is the simplest format in sports prediction: no spreads to cover, no fantasy rosters to manage, no draft.

Which sports can we run a pick'em league on?
The NFL, NBA and EuroLeague, the NHL, SHL and Liiga, European soccer including the Champions League and Premier League, ATP and WTA tennis, the Handball-Bundesliga, and rugby league and union. Two-way sports are a straight winner pick; soccer and handball use 1X2, so a draw is its own outcome.
Does pickplay.bet run survivor or confidence pools?
Not yet. pickplay.bet runs weekly straight pick'em with a double-points Lock and head-to-head Battles. Survivor pools (one team a week, no repeats, one loss and you are out) and confidence pools (ranking every game by certainty) are different formats and are not built — if that is specifically what your group wants, this is not the app for it.
